Is This MIDI Feedback?

I imported a multitrack MIDI file (Horns.Piano,Guitars,Bass,Drums) from a notation program (Overture), the file contained notation instructions to repeat verse & chorus 4 times then jump back to a marker, play the chorus then jump to the ending (Dal Segno Al Coda). The repeats worked but during the 2nd chorus, there were some skips & the clock in the transport bar flashed red, the horns started sustaining indefinitely & the flashing got worse. Is this some kind of MIDI feedback because of the repeated sections?

Don't think so - MIDI feedback is when outgoing notes come back to the input because of a MIDI thru setting, then they are merged with the outgoing ones, coming back to the input and so on. I think the jump markers are not interpreted correctly, causing too much jumps and overload to the VSTi. Better don't use repeat instruction, instead copy and paste that part X times.

I was trying to avoid that because every song edit would have to be done 4 times but looks like that's the way to go.
