audio to midi plugin: anyone?

I've been trying to get it work and it simply does not want to. I must be doing something wrong, but really no idea what actually. I triple checked all the settings... I try to record it in real live, and it records the audio, but no midi is shown on the actual second track. It is supposed to do that right? Actually 'creating' the midi? Any advice?
