960 auto problem

Hi all well i just finished the head gasket job, B230Ft (92), it runs sweet, no loss of coolant and a clean expansion bottle....the only problem i have now is , when warm and accelerating (not hard) from start, the auto box seems to stick in 2nd far to long, if i ease up slightly on the pedal it changes into 3rd, the dipstick show plenty of oil, brown in colour but doesnt smell burnt, ive only had the car 5 minutes and no history....Any suggestions greatfully recieved Thanks...

Could be kickdown cable adjustment perhaps?

Hi, As above, but I would also be seriously considering changing the oil in the gearbox.. Looks like is well past its sell-by date.. Des. . . ;)
