Lost GM.reabank file

I went to play around with ReacontrolMidi only to find the GM.reabank file was "not found". I eventually found it in C/programme files/reaper/data. Is this the right place for it? seems odd to me.

Dunno really...if thats where it's supposed to be, why was it "not found" I wonder.
