Newbie just bought a 940!

Hello all, Today I bought a small aircraft carrier, and I need a little advice please. :cyclops: The 940 I have have bought has the AW auto box (according to the manual) but the selector light panel does not seem to illuminate so in the dark the wife doesn't know if she is in P,D,N,R,1 or 2 - could this just be a fuse problem? - the manual doesn't mention a specific fuse for this. Is the light board more likely to be knackered? (is there actually no lights on them in the first instance?) Also, the nearside headlight wiper arm seems to flap about like a blouse on the line - consequently it doesn't work. Is this a common fault and easy fix? Where is the best place to get hold of a workshop manual to supplement the Haynes 'book of lies'? Sorry if all these questions have been asked before, not managed to navigate round the forums yet. I would think the illumination problem is a just a blown bulb. Not a tough or expensive fix, but more knowledgeable people will be in here soon no doubt :)

As for the headlamp wash-wipe: It could be that the splines on the arm have worn off.. Check this. It may be that you will need a new motor - try as you're not far away from them... Consider also joining VOC - discounnts on parts.. :) In Nottingham eh..???!!!
