File Saver for AVISynth?

I wonder why this haven't come earlier. Why doesn't AVISynth have a file saver filter? Skip the entire frame-serving interface when it's not needed (after preview), and have an AVISynth file saver. You could use an external tool to save encoder values for the video codec and so forth. Should be quite a bit quicker since it wouldn't have to frame serve all the data over the bus.

Out of topic ... doesn't do it on my system perhaps make sure you didn't set the thread priority to realtime or something.

I'm only mentioning it here because I don't have an Inmatrix forum login. Thread priority is Normal.. Adjusting it doesn't seem to alter the behavior. Would it help to send you my ZoomPlayer config file?
