Ok, yes HuffYUV is good as a source to encode from. I misunderstood, I thought you had the final video as huffy :), now reading your first post again I see that you used the huffy to encode to DivX3. A 900MHz should be good enough for just about anything as far as DivX3 is concerned. But just to give me a clear picture (:)), what resolution is the final video? Also, what interleaving settings did you use to mux the audio with the video? Did I understood correctly that you encode the video and audio simultaniously with Nandub? This a good way to get audio out of sync if you didn't know. Always encode the audio and video seperately and mux them together afterwards.
