If maestro or spruce up is taking forever to compile its because it won't for some reason grab itself enough CPU time with some other proccess running thats cpu intensive . Seti for one slows the compilation to a crawl even if its on idle and not working (if you are using cce as well thats your problem). On windows 2000/ XP open the task manager and see what is hogging to cpu time. If you up meastro priorty to aboveNormal and the program thats causing the problem to belownormal, you compile will be down to about 20 mins if its to another drive Or up Maestro to realtime priorty (it wont hog the whole cpu cause it does not need that much ) Works for me Bex
