New build in xvid in autogk 1.17 uses Qpel?

Hi , Is it possible that the build in xvid in autogk 1.17 support the xvid qpel ? If it does can you select it if you want to use it or not ??

AutoGK doesn't use Qpel of any xvid build.

I rephrase the question, I mean when you added the new Xvid 1.0 RC 4 codec to the installer and it seemt to be already from autogk 1.14 it seems that this codec can play xvid qpel The question is when I encode the movie do I have to select somethings to have a standard xvid or not ? Or am I very wrong in everything I'm saying ?
