A couple of choices, if everything is absolutely the same, after adding all the effects and tweaking the settings you can save the project and name it something like template. It is up to you if you delete the items (wav) files first or not, but then open the "template" project and drag your new tracks from the next song as usual. Or you can save the tracks themselves as templates. So for example, if the vocal track has an EQ, and Reverb or delay or whatever, right click it and choose save selected track as template and call it "Vocal". Now in your new project, before you bring your files in to get "Rep-o-fied", right click in an empty section of the track control area and choose "insert track from template" and all your fx and settings are there, then you just drag your vocal files from media explorer. Or, using this choice if you select several tracks you can save them all as a "track template". This means if you have a vocal, guitar, drum and bass track, select them all and save them as a template. Now when you insert them in your new project all 4 will get inserted with their effects and settings. Sorry, just read your edit and thought of yet another option. You can save effect chains. So for example you set up an eq, reverb and delay on a vocal track and tweak the settings, with the fx dialog open, right click in the area with all the fx names and select "save fx chain", and name it something like "favorite vocal fx". Now the next time you go to add fx to a a vocal track you can right click the same space and choose "add fx chain" and you are all set.
