Hello I've ripped my Ocean Elevens movie with dvd2avi, and the delay on the AC3 files are -96ms. Should I transfer the delay to Maestro, or just import the file as normally ? JJ

Well AC3 Delay corrector cuts in 1 frame intervals. Each frame is 32 ms. So if you use AC3 Delay Corrector to cut off 3 frames you'll get a file with 0ms delay ;) That's what I did when I backed up this film recently. Others would say you should just import the file into Maestro as the timestamp in the AC3 will ensure perfect sync, but I ain't so sure about the preciseness of that method.

No matter how big your delay is you can perfectly match your audio stream with headAC3he which can be found in download section. Just choose "Source" for the output and that's all.
