Anti shifting ?

Hi, I searching for a way on how the reduse shifting of an image. I've put up an exanple of the problem is there a way on how the get a image were it doesn't move around alot like that ?

I could not find any problem to the avi.Only thing i noticed is some horizontal movement(negligible).Can u explain the problem in detail.

Well its the horizontal movement what is bodering me alot ^^ its the shaking i want to reduse as much as posible, i personaly dont find it that negligible

I think it would be impossible if this "Shake" is inherited from the original video.Could u find this while watching DVD or vobs?.I think the problem is due to bad Film-to-DVD conversion.
