hey guys, i got rid of a trailer and kept the menu.. now when i'm in the menu the "link" to the trailer is still there and selectable... when i select it nothing happens and the dvd freezes... is there a way to remove the link? i dont mean editing the menu picture but just make it impossible to select...

It would be possible if VobEdit would have the feature to edit button commands. I'm working on it...

Thanks Derrow, I know a lot of us are interested in this feature. Thanks for all your hard work -- IFOEdit rules!

Fairly new to this forum, but I do want to say WOW! IfoEdit does work. Thanks Derrow. I too have been fooling around with re-authoring and would like to be able to edit out dead menu links ( ie....on a split DVD, disc 1, kill the chapter links to the chapters that will be on disc 2 and vice versa) Burned my first back up of a 3.9 Gig DVD . Plays just fine in the Burner. But I can't get my Toshiba 1212 to read the disc. Is it possible the Toshiba ( one of the early DVD roms) can't read DVD-R's I can't try it in a standalone, cuz my Sony took a dump awhile ago, so I'm going to the Best buys and Circuit Citys and Good Guys to see what machine will eat it. BTW the media my first burn is on is a 'Ritek' general purpose. Jazzie
