I think he needs the VIN to get the radio code. Anyway what is wrong with asking your dealer? Has the Previous Owner marked it down in the handbook, or left the code card with the car? All the best, Peter.

radio code for G246 PRR is 6221 as you may have gathered i also work in a dealership!

If there is no crank handle visible above the rear view mirror then removing the cover will expose a screwdriver slot which will allow the roof to be manually wound shut. Check the fuse and switch for correct operation. It is most likely that the fuse has blown, a disconnection has occurred in the wiring, or the switch has become faulty. Offhand I cannot remember if there is a relay but I do not think so. All the best, Peter.
