Theming question about tinting track panels

Sorry, but I could not find out how to change the TCP track panel coloring off as its not enabled in the options for the new theme. I would like to have items on the track remain colored and the part of the track panel that contains the track number, otherwise I would like to have the panel remain default color so that it is immediately visible (lighter shade) which tracks are selected among a lot of different colors. I tried changing (with GIMP) the alpha of the tcp_bg.png which I assumed was the correct image but could not get desired results, although I could get undesired results, like the color being brighter on the panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just managed it with Photoshop: - Use the color picker to get the existing background color - Rectangle select the transparent area - Delete - Paint bucket to fill that area with the same color, but solid I ended up making the unselected panels colorless, but set the paint bucket to 75% for the selected panels so they'd get just a little bit of track color. Looks kinda nice, IMO.

Thanks for the replies! I will wait for the documentation, but I will also try the second suggestion. So Lokasenna, you just edited the tcp_bg.png file, nothing in the rtconfig file?

Please... would you change the title of your post to reflect what you're asking? It's not very efficient to find topics you can help with or could find useful if there's nothing in the title telling what's it is about. :/
