Recently encoded using the settings from the tutorials here [PAL Tv] and they work well except for one job. Using Architect 4b to burn. The project I have a problem with is an underwater video where lots of seagrass is gliding under the camera. The seagrass looks very stuttered - not smooth. Every other DVD project looks great but this stuttering is jarring. I encoded in Nero and although the quality doesn't look as good, the stuttering isn't evident there. Got any idea's why this is happening. Thx

Too high total bitrate there. You could try using HC, it won't go over the max bitrate you set, CCE doesn't always respect the max bitrate setting. Alternatively lower the max bitrate in CCE.

Thx Boudler I'll try reducing the max rate. It's a pity though because the overall image quality will suffer I suppose. BTW, whats HC?
