And I thought it was an easy one... What is the best solution to back up a DVD5 to a DVD+-R region free, no more zone?? I tried DVD decrypter, no good... DVD X Copy leaves the zone on the target.. Any suggestion??

For DVD5 to DVD-R dvd decrypter in read/write iso mode is all you nead.

As far as I tested DVD decrypter does not allow to remove the region in ISO Mode, does it?
