OK I see you combined the two sets of .vob's with DVD2AVI then add trim to the script. Never tried trim, do you think this would fix my problem with the very strange audio? One reason the audio might be all messed up was they were both the same Program Chain (VTS/IFO) in different folders. Not sure though. It's the same situation I'm looking at with this DVD. I've seen many people say they have had good luck doing it this way. I'm 0 for 2 so far :(
Yup ripped both sets of VOBS with DVDecrypter (IFO mode) but becuase they were the same PGC on both sides I had to put them in different folders or else they would overwrite each other. I haven't tried it yet. I've never used trim but AFAIK it just cuts out a few frames. My problem is with the audio demuxing in DVD2AVI. Just doesn't seem to sound right, for some reason.
When I did this with FOTR/EE the audio was out-of-sync until I used the trim option. Audio was left untouched. And yes, I used different folders for the 2 sets of vob files. If you want to use trim to edit the audio as well, the audio source will have to be added to the AviSynth script in a compatible format, which I think may be limited to Linear PCM (.wav).
