Hello everyone. I am a DJ/Pianist/vocalist. Needless to say I have a lot of concers about Digi 001 satisfying all my creative juices in all of these areas. From my DJ facet I hope to mixsongs through Digi 001. With my piano skills I hope to compose my own midi music, and my vocal talents would of couse be some audio on the various tracks. So with that in mind I have a few questions hopefully someone will be kind to answer 1) Is this soft/hardware the best pick given my situtaion? 2) As a DJ will I be able to create Cd's of continious mix music while seperating tracks? (This is very important to me) 3) How much are the various plug-ins? Thank you for your help to whoever responds. Look forward to your comments AMAZE

Doing comp CDs is pretty straight forward(apart from the fact we use Logic & not PTLE!) Plug deck A into ins 1&2 [track 1] Plug deck B into ins 3&4 [track 2] Plug the output of the DJ mixer into 5&6 [track 3] You either need 2 turntable pre-amps + a mixer OR get the DJ to do the beatmatching & timing; ignoring the fact there is no DJ-mixer. When you are inside the software; then you can edit out the mistakes & do the crossfading/EQ/cut tricks. Bonza!
