New Reaper 4.13 - is it worth it if I've nearly finished my album?

Nearly finished an album with a late version 3 (3.97 i think) and I've read stories on here about glitches etc. Is the transition really worth it if I'm nearly at the mastering stage? I mean, is there anything fundamentally wrong with version 3 that I will lose out if I stick with it for this album, then change over when for the next album??

finish the album, then dive into it

I've always finished projects before moving on to an upgrade or new program. Plus I never jump in right away with anything new...I wait a few weeks or so for bug fixes, etc. I worked with Sonar 1 until Sonar 4 came out. Never went above that in Sonar either. Sonar 4 did everything I needed at the time and it was rock stable on that computer. I'll always choose stability over a few new features.
