Overall reaper has been very stable for me. Occasionally I have an issue where reaper pauses displaying the circular mouse icon indicating wait activity. This never happens while I'm tracking or recording but generally when I initiate an undue or calling the action menu. What happens is that the circular mouse icon appears and you would think that reaper is hung because it stays there for a long time, sometimes for several minutes. But if I wait long enough, whatever is going on completes and reaper is back to normal. Again, I'm having no trouble tracking or recording. However, when this occurs it is very annoying because it kills workflow completely. I have no indication of what activity is taking place during this time. I have plenty of memory and there is no indication of paging activity. Even if there was, I doubt that paging would tie up the computer for minutes at a time. Can anyone suggest a method to try and determine what is causing the long delay? Has anyone else seen this behavior?
