Sorry about the duplicate. I only did a quick title search for CA-2A and that returned zero results in any forum. So, I suppose the original thread did not include the name of the plugin in the title. EDIT: Well my search just now pulled the proper result. I don't know what went wrong with my original search. Oh well.
