Has anyone published the recommended video sync offset for ProTools 7.2.x, Quicktime Video, Mojo Output to Sony 42" Bravia LCD? Are there any differences using composite, component or Svid? Most of the material I get has a visible sync pop and 2 pop on the quicktime as well as 2 pops on the audio OMF of the elements. Since I do a lot of animation projects, lip sync is a bit fruitless for judging sync.

Appreciate it Chief and Tech...It seems like every video house has their own "creative" visual 2 pop nowadays making it very difficult to simply eyeball the pop. I'll see if I can find the Sync Checker for rent somewhere here in NoHo.

Since the TV is applying a delay on the sound input to compensate for the LCD delay, I send a bip to the tv speakers and recorded it through the talk back mic, it gave me a 6 quarter frame delay that I added to the 22 quarter frame delay of the ADVC 100. I just wish there was a video out whit delay on the LCD so our other CRT would be in sync. JC
