Noise at beginning of mp3

Try downloading the latest lame.dll mp3 codec, I do believe it "fixed itself" when I was messing with this. Good luck with troubleshooting! e

VBR works fine, it's CBR that screws it up. I noticed that the CBR mp3 file starts a tenth of a second later than the wav file. This doesn't happen with the VBR one. Anyway, if I can get the CBR to work right, I'll report back.
