Hi - anybody else had problems when downloading updates and Norton doing a Virus scan? every time the scan locks up and the only way out is a reboot, Reaper is the only program that does this.

Delete it and try Microsoft Security Essentials. It's gotten good reviews and is FREE! I installed it on all my PC's and have not had any problems with it.

I almost forgot, most virus signatures come from only 3 places: Eset Kaspersky Sophos (corporate antivirus and R&D company with virus, heuristic and the like) Symantec and McAfee outsources and buys signatures from guess who?? ;) Have you even wondered how it is possible that so many antivirus companies find solutions for the same virus within a few hours all the time...now you know why :) That's because they have the same solution from the same outsource company lol

If you have to use an anti virus with a DAW for good sake use AVAST
