divx codec 3?4?5? which one

i just wish to know which codec is used more, how any one person would know this i dont know.

Yes, i - like anybody else - don't know this for sure but i would think DivX 5.xx _atm_ is most used. But if u are talking about already encoded material, then i believe DivX 3.xx is the winner, there are lots of (illegal) movies in the net that are encoded with 3.xx

I still use DivX3.11 DivX 5 decoding is WAY too slow. Older computers can't handle it.
