I have both the 001 and Acid. I have my Mac and Pc connected to a cable modem and actually e-mail my loop to the Mac, open PTLE and use the import audio/track function. However, you could use zip, floppy, or other media to accomplish the same thing. Once i get my loops into PTLE, i have all sorts of plug-ins to get the sound i want. If you get the PC version of LE, it would be even easier. haze
Melisa, Judging from the apps you listed you want to use, I'd guess that your wanting to know this info about using the 001 on a PC. (mac and PC version have slightly different specs) There is a PC 001 forum below..might be more helpful for you...but..Ill give it a try :-) You can save out your acid loops as wav files..and then..import them into PTle. If you are talking about using the inputs and outputs of 001 to record into acid..etc..then..as far as I know (double check this on the PC 001 forum)..Digi only includes a stereo WAV driver for use with other apps. That means you can record stereo..L/R into acid. How well this works, I don't know..but basically..trying to use 001 with other apps..is not easy. You can't use all your inputs and outputs with other apps unless they use a propreitary Digi driver (some DAW's do..like Logic) Basically, if you want to do anything other than use the 001 with PTle (only) then I'd check real careful with the guys and girls in the PC forum to find out what works and what doesn't. dcornutt
