Hi and welcome! If problem persists after rescan then do tell if it's all or some that don't work. I frequently use some of them and they cause no trouble in R3.

Sounds like Reaper isn't pointed to the right directory. Try a rescan and let us know. ;)

Yes !...u are right.REAPER didn't accept Sub-directories in the Pluginfolder.Thats all. I try it again in the Main-directorie..and well it will works now fine. Thanks for Your Comments.
