Mobile phone died that I was using as the 'behind the drums' transport, and now I'm short of a remote control for Reaper. Any ideas for super-cheap transport? Doesn't have to be wireless. Nanokontrol looks interesting, I guess it wouldn't work without extensive tinkering? Any advice would be ace! Ta!
AWESOME to use with Reaper. Only $59. I set mine up to do 24 tracks of Volume on faders, panning and Mute and Solo buttons. Plus a master track on each scene that does main volume, toggles master FX on/off, and pulls up track FX in mixer window. Third scene I only had enough CC's left to do Volume and pan on the 25-32 tracks. There is also a transport. Took me a while to understand how to program in Reaper but it is the best cheap purchase I have made since Reaper. If you need I can send you my maps. Shawn
Hi Everybody, No offense to REAPER, but I'm missing something trying to set up the nanoKONTROL with NUENDO. Does anyone know NUENDO enough to tell me step by step instructions for making the nanoKONTROL talk to the specific sliders and buttons in NUENDO? I've got the KONTROL Editor and the driver is installed. I'm getting signal showing up in the NUENDO transport when I move anything on the nanoKONTROL. But I don't know how to configure it to the sliders and buttons I want in the NUENDO MIXER. Any help would be appreciated. Email me or post it here or send me a link to something. Thanks, Zucco
I've gotta have my head examined: I was importing the keymap into the wrong area. I finally got them imported into the Actions palette, and BINGO! Everything works perfectly. Thanks again to everyone who pointed me in the right direction and a big thanks to Axel for providing the link to his keymaps again.
