Yes, I've got the bricasti M7 impulses,I think there from there :) I just bought Reverberate as its X64 and will load true stereo impulses,it's also got nice modulation as well.Fantastic bit of software for the money, the GUI is a little basic to say the least but functionaly and sonically it works as good as the best, which kind of ties in with this thread in a strange way :) MC

I think those prices are aimed at people that lack in experience and/or talent, but have enough money to throw around. Putting the right name on a package gives such people the idea that they can 'buy quality' into their tracks. With free stuff like Bootsy's and others setting the baseline for quality, where commercial plugins must perform quite a distance above the mark, you start to question these pricing schemes. However, if you run a commercial studio, I completely understand that your clients want to see some big names floating on your computer screen (no matter if these plugins actually do anything).

The head of the Audio program here at school worked at Abbey Road Studios for 20 years and said all the employees hated that compressor and only used it if they had to.

Well, here's my 2c (I know, everyones breath is being held  ) @null: Boring! @Eq's: What is different about them is how they get you from point a to point b. Buy 'em, don't buy 'em, like 'em...or don't. But simply saying they are all the same isn't true. I have the pro q. Why? Because it gets me the results I'm looking for in the quickest possible time. I also like the "pultec" emu of the IK singles. I'm sure I could get the same results with ALLOT of work with pro q, but for "that" sound it's what I use. @Abbey plugs: If they kick ass for you, then that is KICK ASS! Frankly, they are not for me. Neither are anything by waves (I don't care how good they are I won't touch them) My choice. But it's TOTALLY cool if someone else likes them :) (well, maybe except those meters....really pretty annoyed about that whole thing....)
